How does the collaboration work?
For all projects, we offer our customers dedicated, personalized support. We act as substantive partners rather than mere consultants.
Ongoing support is provided in person or by videoconference, depending on your preferences.

How much do your services cost?
Our single rate is CHF 1'200 per day, which we use to estimate and invoice our services. A website, for example, can cost between CHF 10'000.- and CHF 100'000.-, depending on the degree of complexity and functionality required.

How do you bill your working hours?
We track every project in detail. This includes tracking the time spent on each task. You can even ask us for detailed reports if you wish.
Will I learn from working with you?
Yes, we share our knowledge with you throughout the collaboration. So you can understand the methodologies, the ins and outs, even if it's not your area of expertise.
